How to test and use Smart Clearance Manager

  1. 1. Install Smart Clearance Manager from the Shopify App Store
  2. 2. You will be redirected to the app dashboard inside your Shopify admin
  3. 3. Click "+ Create Rule" in the top right
  4. 4. Set a rule name, trigger type (Days Since Last Sale), and threshold (e.g. 30 days)
  5. 5. Add a discount step — e.g. 20% off after 30 days
  6. 6. Optionally set a price floor (e.g. Fixed Amount $10)
  7. 7. Save the rule
  8. 8. Click "Run Now" on the dashboard to manually trigger a clearance job
  9. 9. View any discounted variants in the "Currently On Clearance" section
  10. 10. To test billing, click "Manage Plan" and select a paid plan
